Membership and costs
Membership is open to anyone - whether you are an experienced quilter or have never used a needle in your life!
From 2026, there are two options for membership to Studley Quilters: a Pay as You Go (PAYG) membership or a Gold membership
For PAYG, the membership will cost just £25 for the year. Plus, for each monthly meeting attended - those held on the first Wednesday of the month - there will be a charge of £3
For Gold membership, the annual cost is £45; however, this does include all twelve of the meetings held on the first Wednesday of each month - really good value.
Natter, Needles and Pins meetings will be charged at £2.50 per meeting regardless of whether you are a PAYG or a Gold member
Our charge includes tea, coffee and biscuits; all we ask is that you bring your own mug.
Non-members are always welcome at our meetings; there is a charge of £6 cash for each meeting attended.
So... what are the benefits of membership?
-
Membership is cost-effective compared to coming to each meeting as a visitor
-
Discounted fees for all our workshops
-
We also offer our workshops to members first - if all places are filled the workshop would not be offered to non-members
-
Regular newsletter, generally one a month, to keep you up to date. This can be especially helpful if you are unable to attend a meeting
-
Help and support with your quilting projects from experienced and knowledgeable quilters
-
Opportunities to network with other quilt groups in the area - many of our members belong to multiple groups
-
'What's On' information from around the region
-
Access to The Quilter magazine produced four times a year by The Quilters Guild
-
Access to 'Elevenses' magazine, the Region 11 newsletter covering Hereford, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands
